Boobs on Bikes part 2

Section 124(1)(b) of the Crimes Act says that “Every one is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years who, without lawful justification or excuse…Exhibits or presents in or within view of any place to which the public have or are permitted to have access any indecent object or indecent show or performance”.

So why didn’t the police arrest Steve Crow, who organised the parade, and the topless models? The police are derelict in their duty, and the District Commander, Supt. Brett England should be disciplined accordingly. The police forget that they are here to serve the people, and instead have made an arbitrary decision that this parade is not offensive. Women have been arrested for walking around central Auckland topless, so to not arrest the people involved in this parade is hypocritical.
