Earth Hour is at 8:30pm Saturday March 28 2009. This is more propaganda intended to perpetuate the lie of anthropogenic (human-created) climate change* and justify the carbon trading schemes that are global socialism in drag.

Earth Hour 2009 aims to reach more than one billion people in 1000 cities around the world, inviting communities, business and governments to switch off lights for one hour at 8:30pm on Saturday March 28 and sending a powerful global message that we care enough about climate change to take action.
I advise you to turn on every light in the house and open the curtains. If you’ve got any searchlights turn those on as well. This is how you can send a powerful global message saying that anthropogenic climate change is a load of bunkum.

The power suppliers like the sudden reduction and increase of useage because thier systems are not prepared to handle that extreme. I agree that everyone who disagrees with restricting CO2 should turn on all your lights slowly prior to 8:30 and then off slowly afterwards.

All our lights and appliances here in Tennessee will be on in protest to the illogical moonbats who choose to sit in the dark. I take comfort in knowing that there are still a few reasonably sane people in the world who actually have a concept of true science. We must continue to resist this fast forward to a global socialism on all fronts.
